The Service is provided, operated, and owned by Primary Inbox and its related entities or body corporates providing the Service (we, us, and our).
By using the Service and choosing your Subscription Plan, you agree to these terms of use as supplemented by the Subscription Plan (this Agreement). This Agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and us, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance and acknowledgment of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Fair Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and any other policy displayed on our Service, all of which constitute a part of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.
We may initiate amendments or modifications to this Agreement from time to time by providing you with 14 days' notice. You will have an opportunity to reject the amendments during this timeframe. If you do not agree to the amendments, then you must notify us within that time frame, otherwise you will be deemed accept the amended version of the Agreement.
This Agreement will prevail over any other terms or agreement between you and us.
In this Agreement, capitalised words and phrases have the meaning given to them when first used and followed by bolded brackets, or as set out in clause 20 (Definitions) at the end of the Agreement.
